After the owner got banned for homophobia, the Discord server ownership got transferred to him, likely due to him being the highest role. At the time the server had around twenty members. His discussions about the legality of the guild regarding the rulebook made him known to be problematic.

In late October he announced to build a 255 block high statue of Jesus Christ. Frank argued the rulebook only banned religious role play, and claimed the statue was an expression of love for Christian history and Jesus. On November 1st Stoney announced the ban of the Christian Guild from guilds adverts, the statue, and also any expression of religion, nationality, group of peoples, or organisation. Despite these changes the Trans Guild, South Slavic guild, hoi4 guild, Stoneworks Turkish Society, remains existent in the guilds adverts.
